On behalf of all of us here at The Granville Assisted Living Center we extend a warm welcome. To help you become familiar with The Granville, below are some basic facts about our community.
We are a privately owned assisted living community, conveniently located near the BelMar shopping district in Lakewood and Historic Highlands Square in Denver. The Granville has been privately owned and operated since 1998 when it opened its doors to those whose income was restricted. Its mission, to service this population with dignity and respect, remains today.
The Granville is conveniently located two blocks from Super Wal-Mart, FirstBank, TCF Bank, Panda Express, Carnation Restaurant, and Qdoba. We are also within 3 miles of the Belmar Town Center, and just 3.5 miles from Historic Highlands Square.

We offer a full service beauty/barber shop on site, open Monday–Friday, operated by Natalya Talada. Residents can call Natalya directly to schedule appointments at 303-867-4514. Natalya keeps her prices affordable and bills the residents or their responsible party directly. The podiatrist also visits monthly for an additional fee.
The Granville serves three delicious meals a day, seven days a week, in our spacious dining area at 7:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, and 5:30 p.m. Visitors are always welcome at meal time at $5 per meal and we encourage and appreciate a 24-hour advance notice.
We offer a variety of additional services such as housekeeping, laundry, and medication administration.
